Turning
Chuck machining:
- Turning diameter up to 700 × 3,250 mm
- Swing diameter up to 1,140 mm
- Workpiece lengths up to 3,250 mm
Milling
Horizontal machining:
- Travel range max. 1,400 × 950 × 1,200 mm
- Clamping table up to 800 × 800 mm
- Fastems pallet system with up to 24 machine pallets
Measuring
CMM measuring machine
- Measuring range with travel up to 900 × 1,000 × 600 mm
- Multisensor measuring machine with laser (optical) and touch probe – measuring range 325 × 175 × 75 mm
Machinery
To meet all requirements and ensure efficient production, we continuously invest in our manufacturing capabilities and in the latest, highly efficient production technologies. Our preferred machine for turning is the Index G250 Ratioline, featuring simultaneous 5-axis machining with a milling spindle, a turret and two work spindles.
For large components, our Puma 700LY provides us with optimal capabilities. With a turning diameter of 700 mm and a maximum turning length of 3,250 mm, we can machine shaft components weighing up to 8,900 kg.
