To meet all requirements and ensure efficient production, we continuously invest in our manufacturing capabilities and in the latest, highly efficient production technologies.
Our preferred machine for turning is the Index G250 Ratioline, featuring simultaneous 5-axis machining with a milling spindle, a turret and two work spindles.
For large components, our Puma 700LY provides us with optimal capabilities. With a turning diameter of 700 mm and a maximum turning length of 3,250 mm, we can machine shaft components weighing up to 8,900 kg.
For maximum milling performance, we rely on our StarragHeckert HEC630 with a Fastems pallet automation system for up to 24 machine pallets and 50 Euro pallets.
Our extensive machinery also includes the right system for more specialised tasks.
