Our Company
Hugo Etter AG has been active in the field of mechanical manufacturing for over 50 years and employs 19 people.
A versatile range of machinery is available across 3,600 m² of production space.
Milestones:
1972 Founded by Hugo Etter as a one-man business specialising in turning
1978 Relocation to the new building at Püntstrasse 9 in Wila | 5 employees
1980 Introduction of the first CNC lathes
1986 Expansion of the production facility
at Püntstrasse 9
1997 Construction of a new building at Püntstrasse 6, opposite the existing production facility
2002 Further expansion of the production facility at Püntstrasse 9 with an additional extension | 20 employees
2002 Conversion of the sole proprietorship into a public limited company. The shares remain entirely family-owned
2015 Hugo Etter AG is taken over by the next generation of the family. The shares are now entirely owned by Monika and Ueli Etter.

Hugo Etter AG manufactures sophisticated components for the mechanical engineering industry with a team of highly qualified employees. We see ourselves as a competent company that works in close partnership with its customers to manufacture high-quality components and provide all additional services required to deliver parts ready for installation.
Our machinery has been and continues to be continuously adapted and includes turning and milling centres in a carefully selected range of capacities and dimensions.
